Tigers Storm Valhalla
Wade Drops 34
Mitchell's cheerleaders called out D-Wade as he steps to the line but with the way that he looked on Wednesday night, that may not have been an understatement. Madracus Wade looke like the best combo guard in the city and anyone at the game would agree. 2 threes in a row, one on a pull up in transition put the Tigers up 16-5.
Wade leads Mitchell
The Tigers were somewhat depleted with Ken Torry and Darrell Neal being suspended but it really didn't seem to matter. If Wade being hot early wasn't enough, Jarvis Jones went on a spree scoring 8 staight points. Lewis Mccaster's turnaround in the post ended the 1st quarter 36-17. Tarvis Williams hit on the Vikings first two possesions but Jones was there to make sure their opponents had no thoughts of coming back. The 6'1 East Tn State signee hit a leaing floater for an 18 pint lead, 39-21. Wade hit another 3 as the Tigers lead started to grow. Mitchell went up at the half 59-30. Leon Boddie started the second half with a rebound a putback. Sophmore Brandon Wright hit a jumper from the left wing with 4:50 remaining in the 3rd but their was just too much Wade, too much Jones and just to much Mitchell for a final score of 107-69.

As I mentioned earlier the article, Wade was the man for his team leading the way with 34 points. Jones played well scoring 21. Tarvis Williams led the Vikings with 22 and Brandon Wright punched in 12. The Tigers are starting to click and that means trouble, for anyone thinking of beating them.
