Distric Analysis
Mitchell is not having the season that many predicted including 901PrepScoop. The Tigers have already lost 5 games doesn't mean that Coach Johnson won't have them geared up for the second half of the season. Their has been a lot talk about Ken Torry transferring to prep school to pursue his future in football and that may have become a distraction to the very talented Mitchell squad. Oakhaven will be greatly helped when 6'7 Chucky Tunstall becomes eligible in a few days. Don't be shocked to see Oakhaven upset Mitchell in one of their two later matchups of the season. Sheffield has a nice mix of talent with Montrell and Chris Crawford but they will really have to pick it up if they want to jump into 3rd place in the district. Mitchell has definitely looked beatable but in the end, they should be able to pull out the district.
